Our commitment

Honeysmith Bees & Gardens wants honeysmithbees.com to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we've done

• Color contrast tuned to meet WCAG AA across body text, buttons, and links.
• Semantic HTML headings and landmark regions for screen-reader navigation.
• Keyboard navigation through menus, the cart, and checkout flows.
• Alternative text on product, hero, and informational images.
• Form fields with associated labels and visible focus states.
• Automated accessibility scans on each deploy via Lighthouse.

Known limitations

Some third-party content embedded in the site — including the Square checkout and Google Maps — is controlled by those providers and may not fully match our target standard. We monitor their accessibility and report issues upstream when we find them.

Include the page URL and a short description of what happened — we typically respond within a few business days and will offer an alternative way to complete your order in the meantime.
